Breakfast-Lunch/Dinner-Snack

Breakfast: Fruits, cereal, milk, bread/waffle/pancake/muffins.
Lunch/Dinner: a variety of veggies, rice, and a vegetarian option for protein. Typical lunch/dinner menu: zucchini, broccolis, potato, green beans, corn, peas, chick peas, pinto beans, black beans,  carrots.
Snack: Fruits, veggies, and crackers
